As the soccer seasons come to a close for the winter, now is the best time to give your child a competitive advantage with offseason training through the winter. We found a group that’s offering weekly training to help your child excel.

Designed for all ages and skill levels, these sessions are led by experienced coaches who focus on both individual technique and teamwork. Whether players are just starting out or looking to refine their advanced skills, their training sessions provide a structured, fun environment that encourages growth and development.

Held every Wednesday night at Todd Beamer Park, these sessions are perfect for players looking to stay active during the off-season and continue improving their soccer skills while other players rest. With skill-based groupings, players receive personalized attention, ensuring that everyone progresses at their own pace. From dynamic warm-ups and skill-building drills to small-sided games and teamwork exercises, Havoc’s training program helps players improve in every aspect of the game.

Monthly trainings are reasonably priced, but because their mission is to help underserved neighborhoods, they offer scholarships for any families that can’t afford the training fee.

For parents who want their children to stay sharp and develop their skills through the winter, Havoc’s weekly training provides an ideal solution. Players will leave each session more confident, more skilled, and ready to take on the next challenge—whether that’s in a competitive game or the next training session. All players will be more prepared when their team restarts in the Spring.

If you’re looking for a way to keep your child engaged, improve their soccer abilities, and foster a love for the game, Fresno Havoc’s winter sessions are the perfect opportunity to do just that.

How does Havoc train their athletes differently?

“We break players into smaller, age- and skill-specific groups, making sure everyone gets personalized attention and the chance to progress at their own pace. It’s about fostering a love for the game, and helping each player build the confidence to take their skills to the next level.” says their director, Nugesse Ghebrendrias.
